  Self-care is important throughout your life, especially in challenging times.

Amid the chaos, it can be easy to let nutrition, sleep, and exercise slip. It is also common to fall into a pattern of negative self-talk that can have lasting impacts on your wellness.

The ripple effect of self-care is incredibly powerful. By taking care of your needs—physically, emotionally, and mentally—you can gain the clarity you need to make informed decisions instead of emotionally-driven ones.

As a wellness coach, I have committed to continuing education in topics like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and motivational interviewing (a technique that helps clients tune into their inner voice). I have helped many clients achieve major transformations as they become more whole, empowered, and positive through conscious self-care. I’ve also done this important work personally when navigating my own divorce. Since then, I have made self-care a priority in my own life and seen the positive ripple effect of that commitment.

I am grateful to draw from my professional and personal experience in individual coaching focused on promoting self care, self-compassion, and wellness during challenging transitions like divorce, job loss, or death of a loved one.

Here’s how Self-Care Coaching Works:

Initial Free Consultation 

Set up a call to discuss what you are struggling with, determine our approach, and assess the anticipated time we'll need to reach a point of transformation or achieve your specific goals.

Coaching Sessions

In our 60-minute sessions, we will examine your current routines and develop a plan to support your whole body health and wellness. One small change at a time, you'll gain the energy, clarity of mind, and strength to navigate the current challenges in your life with increased peace and confidence.

Sessions are available in packages of four.

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, all coaching sessions are currently being held virtually using Zoom video chat.
