What we will do:

  • Day 1: Breath to connect to your belly for hunger and satiety.  Intro to Mindful eating and explore the Mindful Eating Assessment; this is not a test; it is the path to awareness through curiosity. We will learn about grounding, sitting, and being present

  • Day 2: Assess your food - Learning to use your senses

  • Day 3: Slowing Down- Master the power of taking your time

  • Day 4: Investigate your hunger with intention and STOP

  • Day 5: Chew & Savor, and Satisfaction will be your superpower

  • Day 6: Putting the BASICS together and The Power of the Raisin Meditation

  • An increase in your ability to enjoy your food more by using all of your senses

  • Trust in your body’s wisdom to tell you when you are hungry, full, or satisfied

  • Knowing how physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts can help you decide how best to nourish your body, heart, and mind.
