 About My Meal Planning Workshop

This 3.5–hour interactive group workshop takes place in my gourmet home kitchen in Bolton, MA. You’ll learn how to make healthy meals manageable, experience an interactive kitchen session, and benefit from topic-based discussion during a delicious meal. Plus, you’ll get valuable handouts and checklists containing my favorite tips and techniques to make shopping, meal planning, and eating out even easier.

This workshop is all about efficient meal planning that is sustainable and fits into your unique life. Much like my coaching philosophy, my approach to meal planning is individualized and doesn’t require adherence to any rigid “rules.” I don’t believe in an “all or nothing” approach. Instead, I’m all about balance. You don't need to be a seasoned chef; you don't even need to cook at home every night of the week. You just need to get clear about your wellness goals and how your nutrition choices impact them.
